G22 Projects’ Cascata D’Otro Mountain Village is an idyllic residential and hospitality complex set in the scenic mountains of Alagna Valsesia in northern Italy. The project offers an immersive alpine experience with direct access to nature, combining the privacy of an apartment with the amenities of a luxury lodge. Its location, strategically positioned at the foot of Monte Rosa, provides an ideal base for outdoor activities and ensures convenient access to the nearby town for shopping and dining facilities. An intimate cluster of stone, wood, and metal volumes, configured like a village community around a small pond, the structures engage in dialogue with the textures and silhouettes of their natural environment.

On site, the residential section consists of one- and two-bedroom apartments, designed for both short stays and long-term use. Prioritizing accessibility, Italian practice G22 Projects has crafted spacious, functional, and bright interiors that cater to all. Each unit also includes a reserved covered parking space.
While the small neighboring town hosts several entertainment and commercial amenities, the Cascata D’Otro Mountain Village’s own hospitality sector hosts several high-quality services. The starting point of the Alpine stay is a sophisticated entrance hall, leading ahead to a restaurant offering a mix of local and international cuisine, and a cozy bar that creates ideal moments for socializing throughout the day.
