This year, there is one more brand compared to last year's ranking, according to a report by ECO.
Delta is the leader among the brands with the greatest relevance and reputation in the country, registering 84.2 points — one point more than last year, when the brand also led the ranking. Next comes Nestlé (83.7 points), Olá (83.4), Nestum (83.3) and Compal (82.5), in the top five.
Água das Pedras (81.9), Luso (81.8), Nivea (81.2), Cerelac (81.1), Colgate (81.1), L’Oreal (80.9), Gillette (80.8), Gresso (80.8), Terra Nostra (80.8), Dodot (80.7), Gallo (80.5), Lego (80.4), Sumol (80.3), Oceanário de Lisboa (80.2), Disney (80.1), Vitalis (80.1), Danone (80) and Jardim Zoológico de Lisboa (80) complete the list of 23 brands that stand out as excellent, having a rating above 80 points.
L’Oreal, Gresso, Dodot, Lego, Lisbon Oceanarium, Disney and Lisbon Zoo achieved “reputation of excellence” status this year. In the opposite direction, Multibanco, Google, Microsoft, Oliveira da Serra, Delta Q and Farmácias Portuguesas, leave the top of the table.
The study is based on fieldwork that takes place throughout the year with a sample of around 50,000 people and in accordance with the certification of the ISO20671 (strategy and strength assessment) and ISO10668 (financial assessment) standards, analyzing the attributes associated with notoriety, relevance, consideration, trust, admiration, preference, recommendation, quality of products and services, innovation, citizenship, environment, work environment, government, leadership and financial health.
For the 100-point scale, more than two thousand brands were audited (associated with more than 50 sectors of activity).
