Slovenia urges consistent punishment in attacks on humanitarian workers

New York, 2 April - Intentional attacks on humanitarian workers constitute war crimes that must be duly prosecuted, Slovenian Ambassador Samuel Žbogar said at Wednesday's UN Security Council session dedicated to implementing the provisions of last year's resolution on the protection of humanitarian personnel.
