Hindustan Copper Ltd inks agreement for cooperation with Corporacion Nacional Del Cobre De Chile

Hindustan Copper Ltd has executed an Agreement for cooperation and exchange of information with Corporacion Nacional Del Cobre De Chile, duly organized and incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Chile (signed copy of Agreement received today). The main objective of this agreement is to identify and, if it is the case, implement joint activities, including strategic partnership, of the interest of both Parties in the sphere of exploration and exploitation of mining properties and mineral beneficiation through sharing experience and knowledge allowing both companies to enhance their capabitities on those fields. This Agreement is not legally binding, but merely represents the intention of the Parties at the present time.

Shares of Hindustan Copper Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 226.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 221.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 248066 in over 2652 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 228.15 and intraday low of 216.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 55395518.00.
