Three Children Drown in Sisneri River of Makwanpur: Three children drowned while swimming in the Sisneri River of Indrasarowar-3, Makwanpur, on Monday afternoon. The victims include 14-year-old Sushant Acharya from Sisneri Dodare and siblings Pramesh (14) and Pramadh Ghorasaini (11) from Kavre. They drowned in a deep pool formed by past floodwaters. Local authorities have raised concerns over frequent drowning incidents due to the altered river path from the Kulekhani Dam. Their bodies have been sent to Patan Hospital for postmortem.
