Investigators fear man arrested on human trafficking charges may have victimized others

A juvenile victim reported that the suspect offered her cash in exchange for sexual acts.

In late February, the agency was notified of a child sexual assault victim. The victim said the perpetrator offered her cash and paraphernalia in exchange for sexual acts with himself and others.
