Courtesy photoA Frederick County grand jury handed up six indictments Friday, including one for a man accused of trafficking a missing Prince George’s County girl for prostitution, according to Frederick County State’s Attorney Charlie Smith.
Abiathar Abraham Vance, 39, of Washington, D.C., was arrested Dec. 30. Frederick police believe he forced a 16-year-old girl into prostitution after she was reported missing.
